• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

WeTing360 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

3. Payments & Fees

Certain Services may involve transaction fees, platform fees, subscription fees, or processing fees. By using paid features, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as disclosed at the time of purchase

• Authorize third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to process payments

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Event & Ticketing Terms (BajanTix)

For ticket purchases:

• All sales are final unless the event organizer cancels or modifies the event.

• Event organizers are responsible for event execution.

• WeTing360 acts as a technology provider and is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or disputes between promoters and attendees.

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the event organizer’s policies.

5. Music Distribution Terms (FreshTraxx)

Artists uploading music must:

• Own or control all rights to the content submitted

• Grant WeTing360 a non-exclusive license to distribute and promote submitted content through its network

• Confirm that uploaded material does not infringe on third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content that violates intellectual property laws.

6. Mas Band Management Terms (BandBase)

Band organizers are responsible for:

• Accurate representation of costumes, pricing, and terms

• Handling fulfillment and delivery of costumes

• Managing disputes with registrants

WeTing360 provides software tools but does not assume liability for band operations.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, design, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of WeTing360 unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the Services without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, email services). We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or actions of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

WeTing360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeTing360 and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your infringement of third-party rights
